Having gender balance is important to us as a business . We have an ongoing program of activities that span the talent lifecycle, all geared to accelerate the development and advancement of women into leadership roles. These include, but are not limited to, inclusive recruitment guidelines, targeted development programs and processes built into activities throughout colleagues’ careers to minimise gender bias.
In 2016 we signed up to Paradigm for Parity (P4P) to publicly signal our commitment to gender balance. A key differentiator for joining P4P was their 5 point action plan which we’ve incorporated into our talent strategy to help us accelerate the pace of achieving gender parity and close the gender gap in leadership.
