I really liked the approach HireStemWomen have in terms of preparing the individual for interviews. This isn’t an approach that is adopted by many agencies I have come across, so i was really interested and happy to see this support. Tehreem, who had prepared a mock with interview with me was really supportive in my coaching session. She gave constructive feedback which had helped me improve on my existing interview questions.

Some of the key factors she worked on was on my tone and focus on the questions which were asked and my overall performance. These were really good factors which were pointed out and addressed, as I didn’t realise the mistakes I would make in interviews. I found that i wasn’t focusing and providing much information on questions that were being asked, therefore Tehreem provided me with an articulate method to answer questions, this included the STAR technique which helped me tremendously.
