As an graduate, you’ll be designing, building and supporting the innovative technical solutions we’re renowned for. As well as understanding what their clients want to achieve, you’ll discover what’s possible within their existing framework and explore the best technologies to achieve the most effective results. Working with onshore and offshore teams, you’ll work on a variety of challenging projects for a range of clients, across a range of industries.
You’ll need to be prepared to travel as client projects could take you anywhere in the country – or even the world – though you will be aligned to a base at one of our main office locations in either London or Newcastle.

What are we looking for?
IT skills are essential. So, you’ll need a degree in IT, computer science or a technology-related subject. However, if you have a real passion and flair for technology, as well as an understanding of how it can be used, we’ll also consider a maths, science or engineering degree. You’ll have a real interest in software engineering and end-to-end design and delivery, and you’ll also know a thing or two about programming. Overall, we’re looking for a willingness to try new things, a desire for self-improvement and a strong work ethic.
