Hire STEM Women (“HSW”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides talent solutions including talent consulting, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), talent research, and strategic workforce collaboration services , alongside a careers platform.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.hirestemwomen.co.uk (the “Website”), platform, and services.

  • Platform services – candidate profiles, job listings, and opportunity matching
  • Events & partnerships – programmes, collaborations, and community initiatives

    • We act as a service provider and intermediary and do not act as an employer unless explicitly agreed in writing.

    By using our Website or services, you confirm that:

  • No unlawful discrimination occurs

    • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where requests are unlawful, unethical, or in breach of these Terms.

    For candidates:

  • You may create a profile, upload your CV, and apply for opportunities on our platforms
  • You are responsible for ensuring your information is accurate and lawful
  • Your profile may be shared with employers, subject to your preferences and consent

    • We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers.

    You agree to:

  • Keep account details secure
  • Not allow unauthorised access
  • Notify us of any misuse

    • We may suspend or terminate accounts where there is:

  • Fraudulent or misleading activity
  • Breach of these Terms
  • Misuse of the platform

    • You must not:
